THE REGISTRATION PROCESS STARTS BY CLICKING "REGISTER (INDIVIDUAL)" OR "REGISTER (GROUP)".
Notification of a cancellation must be made in writing by mail, fax or email to the IATSO Office. If notification is received before May 31, 2020, IATSO will refund 75% of the paid amount. The date of the postmark/email will be used as basis for considering refunds. No refunds will be given if notification is received after May 31, 2020. As an alternative to cancellation, the conference ticket can be transferred to another person by notifying IATSO as soon as possible.
IATSO is not in charge of your accommodation and accommodation is not included in the conference fee. It is recommended to book your room as early as possible, since Frankfurt is quite popular and expensive!
The conference dinner will take place at the Mensa Casino in Frankfurt on Thursday, September 3rd, 2020. The conference fee includes the costs of the conference dinner (long drinks, cocktails, and liquors are not included).
