IATSO Poster Award

The IATSO Poster Award is given to students (including graduate or Ph.D. students) at the biannual IATSO Conferences who are presenting outstanding posters as first-authors. The winners receive financial support. 

 

2024: 

The following students received the IATSO Poster Award at the 17th IATSO Conference in Trondheim, Norway:

1st place: Victoria P. M. Lister (UK) for her poster: A Descriptive Model of Voyeuristic Behavior

2nd place: Christian Mannfolk (Sweden) for his poster: Altered Neural and Behavioral Response to Sexually Implicit Stimuli During a Pictorial-Modified Stroop Task in Pedophilic Disorder

3rd place:  Roberth Adebahr (Sweden) for his poster: Ten years of the Swedish telephone help-line project PrevenTell – lessons learned and future directions

3rd place: Sita Sophie Sielaff (Germany) for her poster: A Cross-Validation of the German version of the Revised Screening Scale for Pedophilic Interests (SSPI-2)

 

2018:

The following students received the IATSO Poster Award at the 15th IATSO Conference in Vilnius, Lithuania:

1st place: Jelena Stevanovic (Austria) for her poster: Offence-supportive cognitions of Child Sexual Exploitation Material users: A validation study of the Internet Cognitions & Implicit Theories Evaluation Questionnaire

2nd place: Rebbecca Lievesley (UK) for her poster: Informing prevention: Building a picture of non offending individuals who self-identify as attracted to children

 

2016:

The following students received the IATSO Poster Award at the 14th IATSO Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark:

1st place: Andrew E. Brankley (Canada) for his poster: Cross-cultural validity of the STATIC-99R and STABLE-2007 risk tools: Results from a prospective Canadian field study

2nd place: Coralie Boillat (Switzerland) for her poster: Correlations of childhood trauma experiences with personality traits and sex offence-related behaviour in adult contact sex offenders

3rd place: Priscilla Gregório Hertz (Germany) for her poster: A cross-validation of the revised version of the Violence Risk Appraisal Guide (VRAG-R) using a sexual offender sample from Austria

 

2014:
