Abstracts

The official language of the conference is English. Abstracts for free communications can be submitted only in English.

Deadline for submission of abstracts is May 31, 2012.

Submit abstracts by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Abstracts must be submitted as WORD or RTF-files. They should be written double-spaced and not exceed 200 words in length. Include the title, author(s) names, affiliation, address, and email address on the top of the abstract.

Oral presentations

Speaking time is 20 minutes. Standard power point projection will be provided in all lecture halls.

Posters

The posters selected for presentation will be on exhibit throughout the meeting. Authors will receive pertinent details including size and mounting and removing time in the letter of acceptance.

Please note the following additional points

Abstracts will be reviewed by members of the IATSO Scientific Advisory Board and the Local Scientific Committee. Authors will be informed about the decision of this committee not later than June 30, 2012. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to allocate papers either for oral or poster presentation. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Official Book of Abstracts (Zeitschrift für Forensische Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie). There will be no proofreading or editing by IATSO, so that any error in the submitted abstract will appear in print. Presenting authors need to be registered as participants of the conference. Authors transfer the copyright to IATSO.
